Degrees Offered

Concordia College offers the following degrees:

Bachelor of Arts – The Bachelor of Arts degree is available in more than 120 areas of study, including several departmental honors programs and 12 preprofessional programs, in 20 academic departments.

Bachelor of Music – The Bachelor of Music degree is available in five majors.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is available to the undergraduate, pre-licensure and accelerated nursing students.

Master of Education Health-PE Concentration - Students pursuing a concentration in Health-PE will complete 24 credits of core graduate coursework and 12-14 credits in health and physical education coursework. The licensure option requires additional coursework beyond the 36-38 credits for the master’s degree.

Master of Education in Teaching and Learning - Our fully online program is ideal for working K-12 educators. Students will expand their understanding of teaching and learning to design innovative and equitable lessons, activities, and learning environments to promote student success. Each course is designed to prepare teachers to sit for National Board Certification. Our strong curriculum and experienced faculty will equip you with the knowledge and professional skills needed to stand out as a leader in the classroom.

Master of Education in World Language Instruction – The Master of Education program is an innovative mix of online learning and on-site classes and observations at Concordia Language Villages. See the graduate section of this catalog for information about this program.

Master of Music in Music Education - The advanced degree in music education is ideal for passionate educators seeking effective methods to encourage and engage their students through music instruction, in whatever context they teach (elementary, general music, band, choir, orchestra, or private lessons). The program curriculum will introduce new instructional approaches and strategies, influencing stronger connections with students through music.

Master of Science in Management Science and Quantitative Methods - MSQM is ideal for busy, working professionals with a course schedule accommodating a work, life, and academic balance. An accelerated online format offering students a short break between courses. During fall semester, students select course options that align with their experience level and career goals. The program culminates with a professional capstone project focused on relevant business issues and challenges.

Master of Science in Nutrition – The combined Dietetic Internship and Master of Science with an emphasis in Dietetics Leadership (DI/MS) provides the required 1200 hours of practical experience required for graduates to take the national examination to become a registered dietitian.
